Special Olympic Volunteers

• All coaches, assistant coaches and chaperones have to be Class A Volunteers

• All Class A Volunteers have to renew the registration and two online courses every three (3) years
  
  

• There are two (2) steps to becoming a Class A Volunteer for Special Olympics

Step 1 - register as a volunteer

Step 2 - take two online courses

• Class A Volunteers have to take two (2) short online courses: 

  • • (1) Protective Behavior Training , and

    • (2) Concussions
      
      

    • To take the courses, make an account on the Special Olympics Learning Portal to get to the training course
