Swimming Exhibition and Regionals

Two Groups, and each group swims two events

Group 1 = swim in the Teaching Pool = the events are the 15-yard unassisted Swim and the 15-yard Kick with a Board

Group 2 = Competition Pool = the events are the 25-yard Freestyle and the 25-yard Backstroke
