Region 6 Swimming Competition

General Information

• When: Saturday, August 30th, 2025

• Where: Rosen Aquatics Center, 8422 International Dr | Orlando, FL 32819

• Volunteer Registration: 7:30 a.m.

• Coaches Check In: 8:00 a.m.

• Coaches Meeting: 8:45 a.m.

• Warm Up: 9:00 a.m.

• Competition Begins: 9:30 a.m.
  
  

Reminders

• The 1500m races will begin at 8:45 AM with warm-ups starting at 8:30 AM for the 1500m races.

• Teaching Pool: 10m, 15m, assisted and unassisted events.

• Competition Pool: All regular events 50m and up

• Diving Well: 25m events

• Please have athletes to the staging area 10 min. before the event start time

• If your athlete uses a flotation device, please bring it to the competition

• Lunch will be provided for athletes, coaches, unified partners, and volunteers

• Water will be distributed around the facility

• Event 6 - 400 M Freestyle

• Event 7 - 50 M Breaststroke

• Event 8 - 100 M Freestyle

• Event 9 - 100 M Butterfly/100 M Breaststroke
